Shine Bright Detailing provides mobile automotive and marine detailing services. By booking an appointment, you request a service at a date, time, and location you specify. We will confirm your appointment and provide the agreed-upon detailing services at your location.

All listed prices are starting estimates. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected add-ons, and will be confirmed before service begins.

3. Bookings and Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed by our team within 2 hours of submission during business hours.
• You agree to provide accurate contact and location information so we can reach you and perform the service.
• You agree to make the vehicle or vessel accessible at the scheduled time, including access to water and electricity where required.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment for future bookings.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If anything was missed, we will return free of charge to make it right and include 10% off your next detail. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, issues disclosed but excluded from the agreed scope, or conditions resulting from normal wear after service.

6. Use of Our Website

You agree not to:

• Use our booking form to submit false, misleading, or abusive information
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to submit bookings in a way that circumvents our rate limits
• Reproduce or misuse any content from our website without permission
